2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation notice should include:

3. Cancellation Timeline and Fees

The following cancellation fees apply based on when the cancellation is received:

For ongoing service contracts (monthly retainers), cancellation requires 30 days written notice. The final month will be billed proportionally based on days used.

4. Cancellation by CRDev Solutions

NONC EXPRESS LLC reserves the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of invoices after 14 days of due date.
  • Breach of terms by the client.
  • Unethical or illegal use of services.
  • Force majeure events beyond our control.

In such cases, clients will receive 14 days written notice before cancellation, unless the situation requires immediate termination (e.g., illegal activity).

5. Refund Processing

When a cancellation results in a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • A detailed breakdown of the refund calculation will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon cancellation:

  • Any completed work will be delivered to the client.
  • Client retains ownership of completed deliverables upon full payment.
  • NONC EXPRESS LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any pre-existing materials remain our exclusive property.

After service cancellation:

  • Client data will be retained for 30 days for potential refund processing and record-keeping.
  • After 30 days, client data will be securely deleted unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.
  • Client can request immediate data deletion by contacting us.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a cancellation dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties.
  2. Mediation through a neutral third party.
  3. Legal proceedings in South Carolina, USA, if mediation fails.
